Every organization has specific requirements for its housing.
To advise any client appropriately, we have different options / tariffs order to us the right method for various pathways. We apply a tariff structure where we take the number of FTEs (full time employees) as a starting point.
- tariff 1: up to 10 FTEs- fixed amount. In consultation we set an amount with which it is interesting for both parties to enter into a partnership.
- tariff 2: 10 to 30 FTEs - hybrid model: one-time cost analysis, then a success-related remuneration. The analysis includes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation in financial, spatial and technical terms to which are mirrored the (current) needs and requirements of your organization. Based on the outcome, it is possible to give out substantiated advice on housing and routes to follow.
- tariff 3: 30 to 100 FTEs - no win no fee: based on success-related remuneration. With this tariff you receive a comprehensive analysis of the current situation in financial, spatial and technical terms to which are mirrored the (current) needs of your organization. Based on the outcome, it is possible to give substantiated advice on housing and routes to follow.
